Try first, then pay
Every TV gets a free 7-day trial with every feature, so you can check that the app works on your device and with your playlist before paying anything.
No refunds after activation
An activation is a digital service that is delivered immediately. Before paying you confirm that you want immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal. Activations and reseller credits are therefore not refunded.
When we do help
- You were charged twice for the same TV: we refund the duplicate payment.
- Your payment went through but the TV was not activated: we activate it.
